Again about absent Jack [September 2012]

So, Jack is absent. And he won't speak for like, one whole month. Asamack Radio feels so weird now! It sounds so weird! No Jack's genki voice, nor his evil laught, nor anything. He only comments sometimes... 

 

You see, like week ago he went to Tokyo for recording new song... He was recording with all his might, after that he went on karaoke with Marutan... after few days, he went back to Osaka. Nothing really out of order, it's usual thing. Jack hardly ever got sick or anything, he just few times 'disappeared' by some mysterious reasons but he was always fine. Except his coughing, maybe more like 'just clearing throat' 'before and after singing... Jack stalk--- fans surely realized it, but it's usual thing, for years. But this time shit happened, he started to feel bad and his throat went totally off. He skipped Asamack, had high fever (like 39C degrees) which really didn't want to drop down... so he went to hospital, took meds, but his state was hardly better. After two or three days he started to tweet something, so it was a sign he got a little better. Anyways, some twitter relations:

ちなみに病院行ったけど体調は全然回復してませーん。熱も高いし扁桃腺の炎症が激しすぎて食べたり飲んだりもしんどいし、しゃべることも無理ー。このまま声失ったらごめんね♪

By the way, I went to hospital, but it doesn't seem like my physical state got any better. I still has high fever and my tonsils inflammation is so bad I hardly can eat or drink anything. Talking is also impossible. I'm so sorry I lost my voice in such way, you know ♪

I will take like 1 month break from Asamack so my voice will rest a little. Even breathing is also hard.

Later some people suggested he should go to specialist. Jack said he was, he visited otolaryngologist. Doctor checked everything and told it should be ok, but he need to restrain from talking for some time.

 

Anyways, it must be really hard for Jack. He loves to talk, especially with Marutan. They talked for at least few hours per day! He also said once, that he sings at least 2 hours everyday. He sings while doing other things... He seems to like to dancing too! And laugh a lot. But now... he can't do those things. I once lost my voice too and I know how it can be frustrating so damn much. Plus it was Amuro Namie's birthday, last year Jack hold big utawaku nama, singing her songs, but this year it turned out to be impossible. 

 

And there's another issue. Few weeks ago it was announced that at Marutan and Hidenori's live in Osaka (20/10) Jack will be "guest vocal?". But now, this term is like exactly in the end of 1 month prohibition of using his voice. No way he would be able to sing anything! Or rather, he would be able, but it would be terrible for his throat... I hope he won't do anything stupid.

 

And there it goes! Jack indulged himself in Pigg game (or so I think). I think he found some glitches and wanted to report those, so he contacted with technical support. Then he started to bitch around at twitter about how stupid they are. Apparently he told them he can't speak, but tech support guys just told him he need to talk with him personally and report a problem. But Jack can't talk now so he got really pissed off. People joked that he should use bouyomi-chan, but then, it would seems like some prankster joke and he wouldn't be taken seriously so... Well, sick people are easy to get pissed off and Jack must be really frustrated. Poor Jack~

 

So, we - Asamack listeners - have 1 long month without Jack. So it's mostly Marutan playing Minecraft and Jack sometimes popping in to throw in few comments using BSP. And aruging with Keisen, who of course had to say she will take good care of Marutan while Jack is away hahaha. And today, he went like "Oh, you are already lonely? Hey, hey are you lonely??" hahaha. Of course we are. So, no utawaku for at least 1 month, but I bet it will take long weeks for Jack to get back in old shape... That feels so unreal, seriously.
